If the accident wasn’t your fault, we’ll keep you mobile in a vehicle similar to your own for the duration of the repair. If it wasn’t your fault and you call us immediatley after the accident:
- You're entitled to a replacement vehicle similar to your own for the duration of the repair, the cost of which can be recovered from the negligent driver's insurer.
- If your vehicle has been ‘written off’ by the insurer, you are entitled to stay in a replacement vehicle for a period of up to seven days after you have received the settlement cheque.
- You can claim any out of pocket expenses from the negligent third party - this includes loss of earnings and medical expenses.
- You may be entitled to compensation for the loss in value of your repaired vehicle.
We’ll have you back on the road in no time at all.
By entrusting your repair to our bodyshop, you will benefit from:
- Assistance in liaising with your insurance company to process your claim.
- A replacement vehicle similar to your own if the accident was not your fault and there is an insured third party or a Group.
- A courtesy car if the accident was your fault.
- Collection and delivery service.
- Access to professional legal advice for any uninsured losses or compensation queries.
