If the accident wasn’t your fault, we’ll keep you mobile in a vehicle similar to your own for the duration of the repair.
If it wasn’t your fault and you call us immediatley after the accident:
- You're entitled to a replacement vehicle similar to your own for the duration of the repair, the cost of which can be recovered from the negligent driver's insurer.
- If your vehicle has been ‘written off’ by the insurer, you are entitled to stay in a replacement vehicle for a period of up to seven days after you have received the settlement cheque.
- You can claim any out of pocket expenses from the negligent third party - this includes loss of earnings and medical expenses.
- You may be entitled to compensation for the loss in value of your repaired vehicle.

By entrusting your repair to our bodyshop, you will benefit from:
- Assistance in liaising with your insurance company to process your claim.
